Welcome

The University Writing Center (UWC) provides one-on-one tutorials to undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and staff in an effort to support its belief that writing serves as one of the primary means for learning and communicating.

Tutors are available both onsite and online. We are located in room 175 of the ENGL/PHIL building.

In keeping with our policy, you may have a total of two tutorials per week, whether onsite or online.

Both the onsite and online University Writing Center will close for Spring, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 8th. Drafts must be submitted to the Online Writing Center before 5:00 p.m. Tuesday or we will not be able to tutor them.

We will reopen for Summer I, 2012 on June 5th.
